I will teach about how to be a lithe body. I have taken a classic
ballet lesson. Therefore I stretch myself every day. First, you should check
how flexibility you have. If you wouldn’t do it, you may not know whether you
become flexible or not. Next, you should control the room warmed. The reason
that is the warmer room is suited more than the colder room. Due to the room is
warm, your body is easy to be a lithe body. After that, you should stretch
slowly. Sudden stretch can hurt. It is important for you to keep up with the
stretch every day. Otherwise, your body returns a beginning soon. The best
timing is after a bath because your body warms up and joints of your body are
flexible. If you want to be flexible muscle of your back, it is also effective
to bend. If you were with someone, it is also good to have him pushed your back
while you stretch. I stretched after a bath and while I am brushing my teeth. Therefore,
I can open my legs one hundred eighty degrees. Also, I have a lithest body in
my ballet school students.
If your body has flexibility, it is hard to get a serious injure.
For example, breaking a bone or being put out of joint. Therefore, I haven’t
never injured except for a mere scratch and a cut. For that reason, you should
stretch and get a lithe body. There is not a loser to be flexibility. It is
necessity for you but to do a little unreasonable, but you shouldn’t do excessive
